*Training Description:
This training could be called ‘Spring Cleaning Your Life.’ There are many reality tv shows that inspire us to get organized (Tidying up with Marie Kondo), feel better about where we are at (Hoarders) or encourage us to start fresh (remember Clean Sweep?). While we can easily look around our homes and see what we would like to do differently, how many of us look at our calendar and our lives and think about decluttering, reorganizing and finding our own inspiration to change? This training will celebrate YOU…the YOU who has it all together and the YOU who sometimes feels like they are just hanging on! Together we will talk about where I am at on my journey to reclaim ME and give you tips and tools to start you on your own journey as well. We will all walk away feeling uplifted, inspired and ready to tackle each day.
